On September 10 – 11, 2016, an educational course “Introduction to Data Science, Business Analytics, Big Data and Artificial Intelligence” will be held by Alexander Romanko at the National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”.
\nThe course is now in its eighth year and aims to gather over 1000 participants from all over Ukraine. Before that it took place in 3 cities of Ukraine (Kiev, Lviv and Odessa) and gathered about 2000 participants in the hall and over 2000 it was viewed online.<\/p>\n
Course topics:
\n– Introduction to data science and analytics
\n– Basic statistics, mathematical modeling techniques
\n– Simulation modeling
\n– Optimization
\n– Data mining
\n– Machine learning and artificial intelligence systems
\n– Data visualization and visual analytics
\n– Decision making and software for business analytics.<\/p>\n
Also, the course will include:
\n– Panel discussion \u201cPerspectives on the use of analytics in companies\u201d with the participation of company representatives,
\n– Presentation of data analysis startups,
\n– Career Fair training and course opportunities.<\/p>\n
The course “Introduction to Data Science, Business Analytics, Big Data and Artificial Intelligence” is free.<\/p>\n
Upon completion, all participants will receive a certificate.<\/p>\n
